- We use high-end tools and systems to consistently monitor customer spend and behaviour on our voice lines. If a line experiences a sudden surge in usage or dramatic change in behaviour, we block the line. If the line suddenly starts making calls to premium rated numbers, our system blocks the line.
- Our systems consistently observe client spend patterns so we know that if calls or activity takes place over a weekend or at an unusual time, there may be an issue. We notify the client before it becomes an expensive liability.
- We authenticate our voice services and whitelist devices within the client environment. This prevents the unauthorised use of unknown devices.
- We collaborate with our clients to develop a customised spend limit based on their credit rating and need so if any of our security systems fail, this spend limit will stop outgoing calls the moment it is reached.
Every one of these steps is easily managed and controlled in close collaboration with Liquid and customer. If a line is blocked for any reason that isn’t due to a security breach, we quickly resolve the issue so clients don’t experience unnecessary downtime.
